Topenergostroy is a sponsor and one of the organizers of the Northern Soccer Academy, an Arkhangelsk children's soccer school. Our main goal is to instill sport in children, in particular football. Thus, we help to ensure the full physical development of younger generations.

The academy was established as a non-profit since 2009. The leadership of Topenergostroy takes an active part in the organization of events, development of teaching methods and the preparation of young athletes for professional careers.
